To Our Valued Customers,
As most of you know, what started out a severe tropical storm has strengthened into a Category 3 hurricane and is in the forecast for the Houston area this weekend. Hurricane Harvey is expected to make landfall on Friday, August 25th in the Corpus Christi area with winds pushing 111 mph well into Sunday and early next week. Our team is committed to keeping your data secure and functional throughout this storm! We are ready!
Our Houston data center facility has ensured that all UPSes are functional and generators are fully stocked with 90,000 gallons of diesel fuel. Should the worst occur, the data center is also rated to withstand a Category 5 hurricane. In addition to the regular data center staff, additional on-call facility technicians are standing by to be mobilized to the site in the event of an emergency. In other words, you are covered and have no reason to worry! This facility was built to withstand much worse!
Please contact us if you have any concerns. We are here to answer any questions you may have.
If you are in the Houston area, we encourage you to keep yourselves and your families safe this weekend.
