As part of our commitment to provide you with better and more efficient 24/7 online support services, we are pleased to inform you that we are upgrading our Livechat system. Our new system will help us to offer more features and functionality in your support experience.
Due to the conversion of our Livechat system, our online chat will be CLOSED on Sunday the 5th November 2017 for all over-the-counter services and operations.
In addition, our Online Service will be SUSPENDED from Sunday the 5th November 2017 at 00:00 till Monday the 6th November 2017 at 10:00, for the purpose of implementing our system upgrade.
